I was pleasantly surprised by the response from TR when I accidentally ordered the wrong color backpack. While it was difficult to get anyone on the phone or find the right email, someone actually responded to me in time to switch to the color I actually wanted. I used my tactical packpack this weekend and love it! It’s got a ton of pockets and space, it’s well designed (except for the lack of outside bottle pocket), and strong!
