Samoa Lanyard-(Assorted Varieties)

I placed the order for the lanyard on 3/18 for a cruise I was going on in the beginning of April. When I hadn't heard anything about when it was going to ship, I emailed you folks on 3/26 to inquire the status. Rather than receive a response to my email, I got a notice that the product finally shipped on 3/28, two days after I emailed. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in time before I left for the cruise. I came home yesterday and found that the envelope in my mailbox. However, when I opened it up, it was not a lanyard, rather the plastic flag that attaches to your car. Which I did order that a few years back, but it was not the lanyard I ordered on 3/18.

I understand things happen. Just a little disappointed with the timing of packing the order and ultimately not receiving the correct product in time for when I wanted to use it.
