As of 5.22.24 no communication, I have been patient, I tired to submit my dissatisfaction and a request to exchange wrong item paid in full to no avail. I have been forced to submit a negative review which could have been avoided had someone just took a few minutes to reply to my email regarding a simple exchange. When I originally placed my order for a Hawaiian car decal on 5.12.24 and upon receiving my paid package I was given Hawaii mirror flag that I did not order. My first thought was did I order the wrong item? I checked my invoice and noticed that I did not make said error more than likely it was just a mistake. I quickly took a picture of the item I had received and sent out a email for support. After patently waiting 10 days I felt the time was right submit a negative review. Am I disappointed at the lost yes however I want to make sure I do the correct thing and share my experience so that in the future no one has to go through this, it’s not fare to a consumer and it’s bad business practice and very poor customer service.
