I ordered two Panama lanyards and you sent me two Panama stick on plates. That’s not right at all. I emailed you and no one responded to my email. There is no number to speak to someone so there is no real customer service. This also happened to my son as well. Why not just refund our money instead of giving us something we did not want to order.
